Coaching

Succession is about change and change can be difficult, so it is human nature to resist it. The unspoken role you have been assigned in your family system and your current mindset may be limiting your possibilities and how you communicate with others about the family business.  ​Through a process of inquiry and discovery, we will investigate and process the beliefs at the root of your emotions and actions. With this awareness, we will generate new thinking, options, and action steps to bring your aspirations into the family, business, and ownership systems, powerfully and gracefully. When I am contratcted at the family-level, systemic coaching will also empower you to communicate and listen to each other in a new way so that you can co-create together.  It may feel impossible, but it is possible. And change can also be an exciting adventure!

Consulting

Using data you provide about your family and business, toolkits, and my expertise and knowledge, we will take stock of your human, financial, structural, social, spiritual, and family capitals. Drawing on insights from one-on-one and family-level coaching, I will facilitate important family conversations that may not have been had before to help you find agreement on your vision (where you are going), your mission (how you will get there), and the values you will need for success. We will develop strategies and governance structures that re-design what you currently have in order to meet your succession objectives and goals.

Advisory 

As your trusted Advisor, in addition to the outcomes from individual and family-level coaching and facilitated meetings, and the integration of consultancy developments, you will receive my professional guidance on complex issues you are dealing with in your family, wealth, and business systems. This advisory will be based on my knowledge of family, business, and wealth systems, your family's unique circumstances, and empirical findings from research conducted in the family business field.
